Follow these easy steps to complete the survey online:

1. Make sure you have the Login ID and Password we mailed to you.
2. Go to https://respond.census.gov/ntews
3. Enter your Login ID and Password.
4. Click “Login”.

The Login ID and Password will allow you to log back into the survey if the session times out or you need to stop and come back later. The session will time out if left idle for more than 15 minutes.

Respond Now if you are ready to complete the survey.

For your security, we cannot remind you of your Login ID and Password. However, we can issue you a new Login ID and Password. Please call 1-888-329-5903 or email ntews@census.gov for assistance. If you login using the new Login ID and Password, you will need to start the survey from the beginning.
