Los estudiantes evaluarán la mediana de ingresos, en base a logros educacionales, de adultos mayores de 25 años en Puerto Rico. Discutirán las oportunidades disponibles para ellos luego de la escuela superior, tales como centros formativos superiores, escuelas vocacionales y la universidad, y determinar cómo los niveles de educación se relacionan con las oportunidades en el campo laboral.

Objetivos de aprendizaje

Los alumnos podrán:

  • Analizar datos usando métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
  • Desarrollar argumentos en base a datos y usar esos mismos datos para criticar otros argumentos.
  • Entender por qué el censo decenal es importante para los estudiantes y sus comunidades.
