The 2030 Census Acquisition Strategy outlines the high-level plan for sourcing contracts required to support key components and functions needed by the 2030 Census Program. This document describes the approach for ensuring needed contracts are in place in a timely and efficient manner. The 2030 Census Acquisition Strategy includes overviews of pre-award, contract execution, and contract closeout activities.

 

The 2030 Memorandum Series

A memorandum will be added to this series for any decision that meets the following criteria:

  1. A major program level decision that will affect overall design or have significant effect on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
  2. A major policy decision or change that will affect the overall design or significantly impact on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
  3. A report that documents the research, testing, evaluations, and assessments for 2030 Census operations or systems.
