The 2030 Census Operations Strategy and Roadmap describes the approach the Census Bureau is taking to develop an evidence-based, integrated, 2030 Census operational design. It explains the internal process used by census staff to plan, design, test, and implement 2030 Census operations. The Operations strategy and roadmap includes key activities and milestones.

 

The 2030 Memorandum Series

A memorandum will be added to this series for any decision that meets the following criteria:

  1. A major program level decision that will affect overall design or have significant effect on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
  2. A major policy decision or change that will affect the overall design or significantly impact on the 2030 Census operations or systems.
  3. A report that documents the research, testing, evaluations, and assessments for 2030 Census operations or systems.
