The 2013-2017 ACS 5-year computer & internet tables are now available at the block group level in the form of .csv files on the Census Bureau's file transfer protocol (FTP) server.

The 2013-2017 ACS 5-year computer & internet tables are now available on the Census Bureau's application programming interface (API) down to the block group level. These tables will be released on the Census Bureau's file transfer protocol (FTP) server in the form of .csv files on February 19, 2019.
Update: February 7, 2019
There will be two additional releases of the 2013-2017 ACS 5-year computer & internet tables down to the block group level on February 19, 2019. On this date, these tables will be available on the Census Bureau’s application programming interface (API) and as .csv files on the Census Bureau’s file transfer protocol (FTP) server. The .csv files will be separate from the Summary File and the Summary File will not be re-run for 2013-2017 ACS 5-year data.
