This report presents projections of the November 1978 population of voting age for States, by race and broad age groups as a reference for the upcoming non-Presidential election. Included are estimates fo the population of voting age and the percent casting votes in Presidential and Congressional election years in each State since 1960 and in the United States since 1930.
