Abstract
This report presents two series of projections for 1970 and 1975 of the number of households, by State. These are the first State household projections published by the Bureau of the Census and are illustrative. They have been prepared in response to requests from users of household data for figures on future numbers of households in each
State that would be consistent with the national household projections and the State population projections published by the Bureau of the Census in 1967.
