Contact Centers

The National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, IN, manages one unified contact center, located in two geographically dispersed locations: Jeffersonville, Indiana and Tucson, Arizona. Each contact center employs mostly part-time or intermittent telephone interviewers.

Employees at the contact centers support the censuses and surveys conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau.
