Virtual Field Trip to the U.S. Census Bureau – for Elementary Students

Virtual Field Trip - Bonus Edition

Take elementary school students on a virtual field trip to the Census Bureau to learn more about how census data is collected and used.

In this adaptation of Mission: Census - Virtual Field Trip to the U.S. Census Bureau, student hosts provide commentary to enhance the viewing experience for elementary school viewers. On-screen definitions of statistical and census-related terms help students understand the interviews with Census Bureau experts, and pop-up visits from the student hosts infuse additional excitement into the mission.

Join us on this adventure to discover key details about Census Bureau programs, and then have your students test their knowledge with an interactive challenge at the close of the program.
