Did you know that in 1990, President George H.W. Bush signed a joint congressional resolution designating November as National American Indian Heritage Month? It’s Thanksgiving! In the fall of 1621, the pilgrims held a three-day feast to celebrate the harvest and the spirit of giving and sharing. Many think of this event as being the first thanksgiving. Keep the tradition going by making it an eat-and-learn feast.
