In 2021 SIPP, twelve cases have an annual flag indicating receipt of veterans’ benefits (EVAANY = 1), but had no receipt at any month during the reference year (EVA1MNYN=2, EVA2MNYN=2, EVA3MNYN=2, EVA4MNYN=2, EVA5MNYN=2 in all months). These cases should have the annual flag assigned to “No” (EVAANY = 2) and the annual type flags also assigned to “No” (EVATYP1YN=2, EVATYP2YN=2, EVATYP3YN=2, EVATYP4YN=2, EVATYP5YN=2) and the month flags should be assigned to NIU (EVA1MNYN=NIU, EVA2MNYN=NIU, EVA3MNYN=NIU, EVA4MNYN=NIU, EVA5MNYN=NIU) in all months.
