2014 Panel Wave 1: February Higher Poverty Rates

Monthly fluctuations in poverty rates for February reflect the reported pay schedule of respondents with earnings and the fact that fewer weeks of earnings are recorded in the month of February. In the case of children, fluctuations in weekly pay reflect the pay schedules of any employed adult family members.
