ASEC User Note: Clarification in the 2019 Metropolitan Migration Tables

“Principal cities” and “balances of principal cities” refer to geographies within metropolitan areas. Clarifying language has been added to 2019 Tables 14 through 16, but earlier tables should be interpreted in the same way.
