This series provides a high-level overview of the Boundary and Annexation Survey (BAS) and information needed in order to get started with a program submission. The videos demonstrate how to review existing boundary data, complete the Annual Response form, and determine eligibility for participation in a BAS agreement.
This series discusses digital Boundary and Annexation Survey (BAS) requirements and provides information for digital BAS participants who plan to use the BAS Partnership Toolbox to create a program submission. The videos demonstrate how to download the toolbox and how to use the toolbox to download Census Bureau boundary data, create changes, remove sliver polygons, format a working map file, format data, check attribution, and export files for submission. The following videos were created for the ArcGIS Desktop version of the toolbox. Some tools may have been updated or changed since the videos were last updated.
