MAY 14, 2024 - The U.S. Census Bureau today released new tables from the 2023 Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement.
These tables provide information on educational attainment, marital status, employment status, occupation, earnings, and other social and economic statistics by age and sex and Hispanic origin, and for the Asian alone, Asian alone-or-in-combination, Black alone, Black alone-or-in-combination, older and foreign-born populations.
The Current Population Survey is one of the nation’s oldest, largest and most well-recognized surveys. In addition to being the primary source of monthly labor force statistics, it is used to collect data for a variety of other studies to keep the nation informed about the economic and social well-being of its people.
