Kyra Linse
Survey Director for the Current Population Survey (CPS) and the American Time Use Survey (ATUS), U.S. Census Bureau
Kyra Linse is the survey director of the Census Bureau’s Current Population Survey (CPS) and the American Time Use Survey (ATUS). Kyra has been at the Census Bureau for 25 years, starting in the Demographic area working on surveys including the Survey of Income and Program Participation. She also spent time in the 2010 Decennial Census area working on the coverage measurement operation before returning to the Demographic area to work on the CPS.
Kyra has a bachelor's degree in statistics with a minor in mathematics and marketing from the SUNY Buffalo. She also has a master's certificate in program management from George Washington University and is an Excellence in Government Program Graduate.
