Kendall Johnson serves as Executive Director for the 2020 Census Integrated Communications Contract. Johnson’s federal government service spans more than three decades.  She previously served as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on the Census 2000 Advertising Contract and the 2010 Census Communications Contract.  She also worked for the Office of National Drug Control Policy where she served as the Deputy Associate Director for the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign while simultaneously overseeing the media contract for that program.
