Evan Brassell is assistant division chief, Housing Characteristics, in the Census Bureau’s Social, Economic and Housing Statistics Division. He is responsible for managing the review and dissemination of housing data for several Census Bureau surveys. He is committed to continuously improving the data through working with a variety of data sources to help produce the best housing data possible, while also ensuring that respondent confidentially is a number one priority.
Evan joined the Census Bureau in 2009 as a survey statistician in the Housing Surveys Branch.
He received his degree in economics from James Madison University in 2009.
