Alexandra Krause is a survey statistician in the Decennial Programs Branch of the U.S. Census Bureau’s Population Division.
She is instrumental in implementing new disclosure avoidance methods for decennial census data products – and led production, review and dissemination of 2020 Census data products.
In her capacity, she is dedicated to advancing innovative statistical methodologies and enhancing data accuracy, while building strong relationships with external stakeholders. She has received several prestigious awards from the Department of Commerce and the Census Bureau for her contributions.
Alexandra joined the Census Bureau in 2019 after earning her doctorate in sociology, with a focus on medical sociology, from Florida State University.
