What: 
The U.S. Census Bureau will host a briefing on the federal statistical community’s plans related to the measurement and release of data on income, poverty and health insurance coverage. Presenters from the Census Bureau will provide information about the measurement of income, poverty and health insurance from the Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement, and health insurance from the American Community Survey and the Small Area Health Insurance Estimates Program. Presenters from the National Center for Health Statistics will provide information about the health insurance coverage statistics from the National Health Interview Survey. Finally, each agency will review recent and upcoming data releases.

No new estimates will be released at the briefing. The latest income, poverty, and health insurance estimates will be released in September. For more information, please see the release schedule.
