Find out more on Oct. 25 at approximately 9:15-10 a.m. EDT as Jack Buckley, commissioner of the National Center for Education Statistics, discusses statistics about the work and life skills of American adults compared with their international peers. Each Friday, C-SPAN's "America by the Numbers" segment features information from the federal statistical system.
