U.S. Census Bureau Director Robert M. Groves will brief media on the status of 2010 Census operations, including an overview of when the public should expect to receive its 2010 Census forms. Beginning March 1, census takers will start hand-delivering census questionnaires to about 12 million households in rural and other parts of the country. Groves will also provide an update on upcoming census operations and events, as well as census promotional and outreach activities. The briefing will include a media question-and-answer session.
