Using data from the Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP) as well as administrative data, this paper explores the possibility of imputing school breakfast values into the CPS ASEC, allowing WIC values to vary by state and correcting SNAP values for underreporting. This presentation provides an overview of potential changes to nutritional assistance programs in the SPM under consideration for 2021. This presentation was prepared for the Agricultural & Applied Economics Association (AAEA) Annual Meeting held July 23, 2019.
