This report (and accompanying cover memo) summarizes the results of a cognitive interview evaluation of the wave 8 “Adult Well-Being” topical module of the Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP). The investigation revealed few major problems with the module, and no problems for which a likely repair was not apparent. The report includes a question-by-question summary of findings and recommendations.
