This report summarizes the work of the Census Undercount Adjustment or Small Area group as it pertains to Statistical Synthetic estimation. We report on the results to date. What differentiates the statistical synthetic estimation method of total population of small areas from other sythetic methods is the manner in which the cells or domains for adjustment are constructed.
