Ports along the path of Hurricane Debby are involved in the import and export of hundreds of billions of dollars of goods annually. Disruptions to port activities during and after the storm could impact the supply chains of a number of different products. For example, 19% of American car exports, worth $29 billion in 2023, left through ports in this region, especially through Brunswick, Georgia, which accounted for $19 billion of that total. These diagrams show key products imported and exported through nine ports along the path of Hurricane Debby in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Port Manatee, Fernandina Beach, and Jacksonville (Florida); Brunswick and Savannah (Georgia); and Charleston and Georgetown (South Carolina). Products are highlighted where this region holds particular national importance.
