Defense Export Control and Compliance System (DECCS) Licensing 2.0 Overview and Demo

Join Directorate Defense Trade Control (DDTC’s) IT Modernization Team for an overview of the updated Licensing application coming this summer to DECCS. The application is being updated to work on a new software platform, providing greater flexibility, security and administration of the application to the support team. This is a significant step in DDTC’s effort to continuously modernize the DECCS application suite and provide our users a more secure and efficient system. The session focuses on:

  • Overall goals for the update
  • Demo of the updated application
  • Impacts to DDTC partners
  • Existing and in-progress license submissions
  • Future submissions
  • Review of results of User Acceptance Testing
  • Timeline of release
