This webinar was presented on August 12, 2020. The American Housing Survey collects data on the same housing units every two years allowing users to track what happens to housing units over time. HUD has funded two studies to document how the housing stock has evolved. The first is the Components of Inventory Change report, which we refer to as the CINCH report. The second is the Rental Market Dynamics report. In this webinar, key sections of both reports are discussed and findings are presented from the study period between the 2015 and 2017 American Housing Survey periods.
