PSAPV 7: Notifying the Census Bureau of Approval or Forthcoming Corrections

This video directs standard and Tribal participants to the sections of the respondent guide that detail how to notify the Census Bureau of approval or forthcoming corrections to the 2020 statistical areas.

PSAPV 8: Updating Statistical Areas (Standard and Tribal geographies)

This video demonstrates how to download the Geographic Update Partnership Software (GUPS) from the PSAP website. This video also refers participants to the chapters in the respondent guides that detail how to download and use GUPS to complete updates to the 2020 statistical areas.

Participants who plan to use GUPS should download the most current version, QGIS 3.4.4. This is an update from the version used during the Delineation Phase.

Tribal participants who plan to use paper maps to update their statistical areas should refer to 02:11 for instructions.

PSAPV 9: Submitting Statistical Area Updates to the Census Bureau

This video introduces the Secure Web Incoming Module (SWIM) and demonstrates how to submit statistical area updates documented in the Geographic Update Partnership Software (GUPS) to the Census Bureau using SWIM.

Tribal participants who plan to use paper maps to update their statistical areas should refer to 03:37 for instructions on returning their paper map package to the Census Bureau.
