In the second half of the webinar, U.S. Census Bureau staff demonstrate two digital response methods for completing the BAS. The first demonstration shows how to use the Geographic Update Partnership Software (GUPS) and the second demonstration shows how to make updates using commercial GIS software (ESRI ArcMap).
