This is a recording of the 2020 Census New Construction Program Webinar conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau.
This recording includes an introduction to the New Construction Program, eligible and ineligible address types, program materials, response methods, and an overview on how to respond using the Secure Web Incoming Module (SWIM).
In the second half of the webinar, Census Bureau staff demonstrate how to respond to the program using either the Geographic Update Partnership Software (GUPS) or the Address List template.
