The Census Bureau is moving from a large number of independent systems to a smaller collection of Census-wide systems and processes to support data collection and processing.
As part of this initiative the new Office of Innovation and Implementation has developed a 40-day, rapid, iterative process called the Census Release Train.
At the end of every 40-day increment, the project teams showcase their achievements during a live demonstration to all employees, including business stakeholders, who can provide instant feedback.
