1930 Census: Manufactures, 1929 Volume 2. Reports by Industries

The manufactures reports for 1929 comprise three volumes. Volume II (the first to be issued) is an assembly of the detailed reports for the 326 manufacturing, printing and publishing industries covered by the census. It incorporates the advance series of industry bulletins.

Although the number of tables for each industry vary they include, in general, statistics showing products by kind, quantity and value for the United States and by States; prime movers, motors, generators, and consumption of purchased electric energy, etc.; and wage earners by months and by States.
