1920 Census Monograph 4. Farm Tenancy in the United States

An Analysis of the Results of the 1920 Census Relative to Farms Classified by Tenure Supplemented by Pertinent Data from Other Sources

This is the fourth in a series of 11 monographs issued from the Fourteenth Census, taken in the year 1920, designed to include analysis and interpretation of important subjects covered by the census.

Monograph IV is a statistical and descriptive analysis of farm tenure, specifically comparing the status of farm tenant, farm owner, and farm laborer.
