2003 Counties and Statistically Equivalent Areas of the United States, Puerto Rico and the Island Areas

These large format reference maps show state/state equivalent and county/county equivalent boundaries for each state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The boundaries are of January 1, 2003 for the 2003 map and January 1, 2010 for the 2010 map. Each state or state equivalent is identified with its two character U.S. Postal Service abbreviation and each county or county equivalent is labeled with its name. The 2010 version of the map also shows the two digit Federal Information Processing Series (FIPS)/ANSI code for each state and the three digit FIPS/ANSI code for each county or county equivalent.
