Unit of measure codes and descriptions shown in “All Sectors: Industry by Products for the U.S. and States: 2017 ” for quantities produced and quantities shipped variables for Manufacturing and Mining have been revised. Additional analysis revealed the units of measure for these descriptions were typically off by a certain factor or not present. The unit of measure codes and descriptions have been updated to reflect the unit in which the data was collected. The originally released data were publicly available from November 19, 2020 – December 17, 2020; the revised data were released December 17, 2020.
