The U.S. Census Bureau is releasing new functionality to allow users to pull a set of variables with one simple call. We are calling this feature ‘groups’.
This functionality will only be available with select datasets.
Released to beta on June 8, 2017 and plan to release to production on June 19, 2017.

Groups will be visible on the discovery page and the variables page.
This functionality will allow users to pull more than 50 variables in a single call. Before this feature, Census Data API users were limited to 50 variables in a single call.
