The files below contain estimates of population and poverty. The school districts for which we have estimates were identified in the 2019 school district mapping survey, which asked about all school districts as of January 1, 2019 and used school district boundaries for the 2018-2019 school year. The 2018 estimates are consistent with the population controls and income concepts used in the 2018 American Community Survey single-year estimates.
There is uncertainty associated with all estimates in this program. For a discussion of estimating the relative magnitude of this uncertainty in SAIPE school district estimates, please see Quantifying Relative Error in the School District Estimates.
