Census Depository Library (CDL) Program

The Census Depository Libraries (CDLs) receive Census Bureau publications, CD-ROMs, and information free of charge and in exchange, provide local no-fee access, and assistance in using the information.

There are 123 CDLs throughout the country that are located in cities with a population greater than 25,000 and are in a Metropolitan Statistical area served by a Federal Depository Library.
