Using compelling stories from the early 18th century to the present, the Los Tejanos exhibit at the Institute of Texan Cultures at the University of Texas at San Antonio explores the contributions of the Tejano population to the Texan identity and culture.

The exhibit's “migration wall”—made up of 25 video screens—dispells common myths about migration in Texas and demonstrates the diversity of the state. Visitors interact with the exhibit by pushing buttons to display bar graphs showing: all migration to Texas by racial/ethnic group, 1850–2010; migration to Texas from other states by racial/ethnic group, 1850–2010; migration to Texas from other countries by racial/ethnic group, 1850–2010; and total population of Texas by racial/ethnic group, 1850–2010.
