During the 2020 Census, temporary Regional Census Centers (RCCs) have been established, overseeing decennial operations out of the hundreds of temporary local Area Census Offices (ACOs) nationwide. For regional or local 2020 Census matters, contact the appropriate 2020 Census RCC that serves your state.
The Regional Offices support all regional and local field operations for the U.S. Census Bureau, including the over 130 surveys done every year.
Call Centers answer respondents’ questions, handle both incoming and outgoing calls, assist in completion of surveys over the phone, resend paper surveys, assist in non-English survey completion, and offer phone questionnaire assistance on surveys.
A cooperative program between the states and the Census Bureau that makes data available locally to the public through a network of state agencies, universities, libraries, and regional and local governments.
