SDC, CIC and DDTB Annual Training Conference

This conference brings together two of the Census Bureau’s premier external stakeholders the State Data Centers (SDCs) and the Census Information Centers (CICs) alongside the Bureau’s primary group of Data Dissemination Specialists (DDS), Training Specialists and Data Dissemination Assistants (DDAs) for a day and a half of joint training and education. Followed by a day of individual network sessions.   

Our goal is to create an opportunity for you to learn about the latest data, tools, and products. You will hear directly from the subject matter experts and Census Bureau staff, which will allow you to provide feedback to them from your unique perspective working with state, local, community and the hard to count populations. Your feedback allows for a better understanding through sharing some of the data needs in your communities. Finally, you will be able to network and strategize on ways to help promote upcoming data releases and how to best interpret them to your constituents.
