Issue #1:

Note that an updated data dictionary was placed on this server on 09/10/2002. Record positions 2169-2184 were not defined in the original file.

Issue #2:

The year variables UHOWLGYR and UWHNAPYR are bottom-coded. The new SIPP 2001 wave 1 household public use extract files have been replaced on December 27, 2006.
