It provides background on the most impactful issues facing the ACS, methods to remain agile and address the issue, and progress towards:

  • Employing alternative data sources
  • Modifying the modes and design of the ACS
  • Ensuring agile design
  • Understanding the survey experience from the perspective of our respondents
  • Improving group quarters data collection and product
