Since the Internet instrument was first tested in 2011, an increasing percentage of respondents are using mobile devices to respond to the survey. The object of this research was to determine whether using a mobile device to complete a survey designed to be completed on a desktop or laptop computer had a negative impact on data quality and increased respondent burden.
