The Committee will address census policies, methodology, tests, operations, communications/messaging, and other activities to identify needs and best practices to improve the 2020 Census program.
The Committee will receive and provide formal recommendations and feedback on key operations and the efficacy of planned and implemented innovations related to accurately counting every resident in the United States while saving taxpayer money.
